Careers at the California Autism Center and Learning Group (CACLG) are rewarding and inspiring. Training

When you join the team, you’ll receive in-depth training on applied behavior analysis (ABA), autism and data collection to ensure your success in your new career. Our training includes:

     • Classroom-style training

     • Online videos (part of the requirements to becoming a Registered Behavior Technician)

     • Hands-on field training with clients

     • Ongoing training from our training team who serve as mentors to help you build your skills

We provide paid initial and ongoing training, along with the opportunity to earn a credential as a Registered Behavior Technician. Anyone with a background in education, speech and language pathology, behavioral health, special education, customer service, or working with people with special needs and are interested in making difference in lives of children are encouraged to apply.
